GRAMMY’S RECAP

Welcome back, I’m Corey Powell, hair guru. Gonna have some chit chat on the Grammys hair do’s and don’t along with some hits and misses.

Something about the Grammy’s this year seemed so light, fresh, and non-attitudy, kitschy, wig wearing, very fun…

First, Ariana Grande is consistent with her high ponytail – BORING.

Chrissy Teigen has gorgeous hair, pretty girl.

Katharine McPhee is a pretty girl, but what was that slicked down hair DONT?

Sia was a bit CRAZY with that huge white wig, but who cares she sings amazing.

Tony Bennett and Lady Gaga were a funny couple, both their hair colors combined were many shades of grey.

Katy Perry and her Lavender messy bob looked great. How fun is Katie? First her performance at the super bowl, flying around the stadium, riding a huge horse, AMAZING. Then the emotional performance at the Grammy’s. WOW!

And the Swifty (Taylor Swift) fascinates me with her non T n A approach, and it looks to me like she wears her hair’s natural color, she could be much blonder easily.

Kim Kardashian cut her hair off finally, people are obsessed, I don’t get it. Was she wearing a sparkly robe? And that arrogant husband of hers, yuck.

Iggy Azalea is a pretty girl with great hair, but not sure I understood the braided cap hat thing, a bit like a basket weave, thats on the DON’T list.

Rihanna just barely making the red carpet looked almost like she floated in. Love that, she looked so angelic.

AC/DC’ S opening was definitely Rock N Roll. They’ve been around a very long time, and they still got it.

John Mayer, a client who’s hair looked great of course looking very dapper. He performed with Ed Sheeran who seems quite charming with his great voice, fire engine red hair, and boyish grin.

Pharrell was fun in his shorts, suit, bow-tie outfit. Josh Duhamel always is looking good, great hair. .

Usher looking so stellar, handsome guy, singing “If It’s Magic” with Stevie Wonder, beautiful.

Nick Jonas looked great, nice hair, and a fun suit. Megan Trainer looked great with her beautiful blonde hair as she presented best Country western album.

Miranda Lambert was looking seriously HOTT, sexy hair cut, pretty shade of blonde and what a voice.

Annie Lennox with her bleach blonde cropped hair looked amazing, her performance with Hozier tore it up!

Kanye West wore us down poking fun at himself pretending to make a stink about Becks win for best album.

Madonna dazzled in her sexy Givenchy Bolero get up, her blonde wavy locks were looking a bit on the Mae West side of town.

I love the simplicity of Jessie J’s black bob, tucked behind one ear. With that amazing voice who needs distraction.

Gwen Stafani was looking fanfuckintastic, love the blonde, chic, modern up-do, sexy and classy performing with the sexy Adam Levine, who always has good hair. He tried blonde once, but was not his best look.
